Enterprising learning in schools
We are trying to realise the idea of an educational city and are bringing
together teachers, businessmen, artists, scientists, technicians and
representative people of religions.
We intend

to develop enterprising behaviour among teachers and to help them in their role of designer of fascinating learning landscapes

to develop an enterprising and creative style of life among students

talent development of teachers and students

to achieve mastery
We don’t like ‘average results’, but ask students to do their utmost.

to improve the ethical side of the school culture
Education has to do with respect for other people, to think about the consequences of your behaviour, to take care of the environment, the nature and the properties of others. -
to help schools in the process of characterization
Every school ought to have its own mission. We help schools to find out what the mission could be and how it can worked out in the content and organisation of the school programme.
An enterprising society
The targets of The Educational City are extra inspired by the idea
of a creative, innovative and enterprising society, formulated in Lisbon
in 2000.
We try to work out this idea in schools. Our work is focused on the
development of enterprising behaviour of students and teachers. We stimulate
the collaboration between schools, businesses and non profit organisations
in order to make ‘education’ the most important issue in
town.
